Each retail-ready pack contains: A mix of solid color and printed balloons Connecting strip Instructions Good to know: A finished garland is about 5 feet long by 2 feet thick. Clear balloons are printed, not filled with confetti. Multiple garlands can be joined for desired length. An air pump is recommended.
