I would still recommend ordering from paper and parties, everything shipped quickly and I was happy with everything I got except one item. I ordered a large 4 and a large 0 balloon for my husbands 40th and when we inflated the balloon part of its seam opened (it still had a ways to go before it was fully inflated so we weren’t over filling it). We managed to tape the seam where it kept opening but there must have been another spot where air escaped because it kept losing air. It was too bad, but it stayed up and it had enough air that you could tell it was a 4. If I had time I would’ve got a new one but it was for a surprise party and it was a mad rush to get ready. In the future I would proably year the big number balloons ahead of time to make sure there aren’t any openings or issues. But everything else was great (napkins, other balloon, confetti)
