Welcome Fall With A Thanksgiving Celebration
Candy apples, pumpkins, hot apple cider… should we go on? Especially this year, we are welcoming the cozy vibes of fall with open arms. While we may not be able to have large gatherings, intimate celebrations can be just as memorable.
Canadian Thanksgiving is right around the corner and for our American party enthusiasts, it’s never too early to start planning!

For your table, we recommend visiting one of your local farms to pick up some artisan pumpkins. Here in the Greater Vancouver area, we have so many fabulous locally owned farms that sell pinterest-worthy pumpkins. Maan Farms, Willow View Farms, Taves Family Farms and more! Not only can you pick up adorable pumpkins, you can also buy local produce, participate in family friendly activities and support a small business in your community. The ultimate win!
Make sure to take home at least one larger sized pumpkin and some small pumpkins to adorn the table. You can hollow out the larger pumpkin and fill with seasonal florals to create a delightful centerpiece. You can also dress your table with foliage for an elegant touch.
We know, We know we sell party supplies but truthfully, Thanksgiving is a great time to bring out your fine wine glasses and dishware. So why not mix in your fine china with disposable paper plates for dessert and your kids table? You can’t go wrong with less dishes!
You’ll need large plates for the table and smaller plates for pie after dinner. (Obviously). If you decide to go all paper, we recommend these Large Green Plates and these Small Gold Plates. Although, you really can’t go wrong with anything from our Kraft Collection too!
Why not get super extra and add these Wooden Thanksgiving Napkin Rings to each place setting. They are just way too cute. It’s the small touches that really add the festive cozy vibes to your tablescape. If you're looking for an eco-friendly disposable cutlery option, why not try our Wooden Cutlery?
No matter how you choose to celebrate Thanksgiving this year, we realize how important it is to celebrate the everyday moments that make life special. So don’t be afraid to decorate and be extra even if it’s just your family. Why not celebrate?
Fall feels like a time for a fresh start and Thanksgiving this year holds a much deeper meaning. We are thankful for our community, our frontline workers and our friends and family. This time of year really makes us reflect on what we have instead of what we don’t.
So cozy up, get festive and get ready to make some lifelong memories at home.
